The drop rates were already bad compared to a lot of other gachas, and then they pull off this crap. It's genuinly so predatory and scummy to make the featured 'rate up' artifact have a lower drop rate than the other ones. I've never seen anything like it.

I thought when buffs/debuffs got over-written, it reset the timer for the higher power buff? So doesn't cool headed get superceded by the spiritbone torc buff and refresh the 30s timer?

The event changes actually raised the chances to get the artifact you want. It used to be 0.9% to get one of the two artifacts. Meaning a 0.45% chance to get what you wish for. Now it's 0.6%. the chances of you getting what you choose has actually increased

I think it’s a display mistake, it shall have the 0.9+0.6 drop chance, I drew 4/6 earlier today only 1 is a pity
